By accessing and using Huntware's website and booking our adventure experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Due to the high-adrenaline nature of our activities, these terms are crucial for your safety and enjoyment.

2. Adventure Bookings and Payments

• All adventure experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety assessments.
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your adventure booking.
• Full payment must be received 45 days prior to the experience date.
• Custom experiences may require different payment terms.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Additional equipment rentals or special arrangements are charged separately.

3. Safety and Participation Requirements

• Participants must meet minimum age and fitness requirements for specific activities.
• Full disclosure of medical conditions is mandatory.
• Adherence to safety briefings and instructor guidance is non-negotiable.
• Huntware reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns exist.
• Some experiences require signed liability waivers.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy considers the unique nature of adventure experiences:

• 60+ days before experience: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30-59 days: 70% refund
• 15-29 days: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full rescheduling options available

5. Adventure Insurance

Due to the nature of our experiences, comprehensive adventure sports insurance is mandatory:

• High-altitude activities coverage
• Adventure sports and extreme activities protection
• Emergency evacuation and medical expenses
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Personal equipment coverage

6. Media and Content Rights

• Photos and videos taken during experiences belong to participants
• Huntware may request permission to use content for promotional purposes
• Participants can opt-out of appearing in shared media
• Commercial use of experience footage requires written permission

7. Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgment

Adventure experiences involve inherent risks. Huntware's responsibility includes:

• Providing qualified instructors and guides
• Maintaining safety equipment to industry standards
• Following established safety protocols
• Weather monitoring and risk assessment
• Emergency response coordination

Participants acknowledge and accept inherent risks of adventure activities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy and personal information are protected as detailed in our Privacy Policy. This includes special provisions for:

• Medical information handling
• Emergency contact details
• Adventure experience documentation
• Media content rights
